Information submitted through the form

When you use the contact form, you may submit the following information:

Technical information

The Contact page creates a first-party technical session. It contains security tokens designed to prevent automated submissions and reuse. These items do not contain the text of your enquiry.

To limit abuse, the application temporarily keeps pseudonymous fingerprints, generated with a secret key from the IP address, email address and normalized content, together with related times and technical reasons in private storage. This mechanism stores neither the raw IP address, the raw email address nor the message text.

As with any website, infrastructure may process request information such as the IP address, date, requested resource and browser information to route requests, maintain security and diagnose errors. Certain technical data may be retained temporarily by the hosting infrastructure. Retention periods depend on the technical configuration and the applicable hosting-provider policies.

Retention

The Contact session expires when the browser is closed. Form tokens expire after no more than two hours and pseudonymous abuse-prevention records are automatically discarded after no more than 48 hours. The consent choice stored in the browser remains until you change it or remove the website's stored data.

The application does not store enquiries in a database. When production transport is configured and delivery succeeds, the information becomes email correspondence processed by the mail infrastructure.

Enquiries received through the contact form and the resulting correspondence may be retained for up to 12 months after the last exchange, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing contractual relationship, a legal or accounting obligation, or the management of a dispute.

Recipients

Information is accessible only where necessary to handle an enquiry and operate the website. The application sends no contact enquiry to a CRM, mailing list or advertising platform.

OVH SARL operates the website hosting infrastructure and may technically process some information to deliver that service. The mail provider that is actually configured may also process email correspondence as required for delivery.

Audience measurement with Google Analytics 4

Tagmanya uses Google Analytics 4, with Measurement ID G-69PG8FX8G4, to understand general website usage and guide improvements.

The Google Analytics script and measurement requests load only after you explicitly allow the Analytics category. You may refuse this category without losing necessary website functions, and can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie-preference control.

When Analytics is allowed, Google may process technical and usage information required for measurement. Tagmanya enables no advertising tool, remarketing, Google Tag Manager or other marketing tracker in this version.

Your rights

Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on personal-data protection provides rights that include information, access, correction, updating, deletion where the relevant conditions apply, withdrawal of consent and objection.

The applicable framework may also depend on the specific processing context and the person concerned. To make a request, use the public form and provide enough information to identify the relevant conversation without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
